Two crossings on the border with Ukraine in northern Moldova, Otaci and Unguri, shut down temporarily this morning.
The Border Police said this was decided after Ukraine issued a nationwide air raid alert.
Travelers have been advised to choose other border crossings nearby, such as Criva, Larga or Briceni, and stay tuned for updates.
