The OSCE chairman in office, Belgian Foreign Minister Karel De Gucht, asked the Mission to Moldova to consult all parts in order to find a solution to problems created after ceasing Transnistrian exports without Moldovan stamp. According to OSCE official site, he said that this Moldovan-Ukrainian agreement is an important step that, if it is implemented that way it has to be, could contribute to a transparent control regime at the border. Karel de Gucht is concerned by impatience created in Tiraspol. OSCE chairman noted that Russia sent a mission on the spot. "I call all parts, including the Transnistrian one, to act positively in order to find a solution,” de Gucht said. On 3 March, Ukraine implemented the regime that the transit of Transnistrian goods at Moldovan-Ukrainian border is done according to specimens of Moldova. Unrecognised authorities of Tiraspol called this action as economic blockade. Officials of Moscow supported them. Russia sent a delegation to Transnistria, without having the agreement of Chisinau. On 7 March, the separatist leader of Tiraspol announced that he got out the negotiations in format „5+2”. On the other hand, European and US officials welcomed Ukraine’s decision to implement the new regime. On Thursday evening, the parliament of Moldova was discussing about adopting a declaration on the created situation. The government of Russian also will discuss this item on Friday.
