The order that allows carrying out ambulatory trade in summer will be annulled. It will happen because a number of stalls without permissive documents appeared recently on the streets of Chisinau, mayor general Ion Ceban announced in the ordinary meeting of municipal services, IPN reports.
“We will abandon this type of trade as the vendors do not know to work legally, by observing all the current norms. We took away the over 300 kiosks from the street of Chisinau not in order to allow others to be set up,” stated Ion Ceban.
The mayor instructed that the trading units that were set up recently should be removed from parks and from the streets of Chisinau during two days. No other stalls will be set up until the street trading conception is finalized.
The order to authorize ambulatory trade in ice-cream, cold drinks and patisserie products during June 1 - October 31 was signed at the beginning of summer.
