On May 19, artists from Romania and the Republic of Moldova will participate in the third edition of the show dedicated to Christian women “Feast of humble and loving hearts”. The event will take place in the hall of the Municipal Palace of Culture in Balti, IPN reports, with reference to Infoprut.
The performance will start at 5:pm with the meditation “The role of women in society, family and church” held by Archimandrite Nicodim Petre, abbot of Bucium Monastery in the Archdiocese of Iasi.
A concert featuring well-known performers from both banks of the Prut River, including Ioana Capraru, Anișoara Puică and Dan Doboș, the folk ensemble “Dorul Basarabiei” of Strășeni, the artistic studio “Flagrant” of Balti, Ilinca Bold, pianist Constantin Sandu and the choir “Saint Teodora de la Sihla” of the Society of Orthodox Women of the Diocese of Balti, will follow.
The first edition of the show dedicated to Christian women “The Feast of Humble and Loving Hearts” took place in 2019, while the second one in 2023.
