President Maia Sandu has appointed Olga Roșca to advise her on foreign affairs and strategic communication, starting on April 3.
Since April 2022, Roșca had served as chief of staff to Nicu Popescu, Deputy Prime Minister/Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration. She previously worked in the communications department of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, both at the London HQ and at the regional offices in Istanbul and Kyiv.
Olga Roșca also worked for the OSCE, the Delegation of the European Union in Chisinau and the Council of Europe. She has a master’s degree in Public Communication from the State University of Moldova.
