The Central Electoral Commission established the number of ballots for the polling stations in the uninominal constituencies no. 48 and 50, for the snap parliamentary elections set for October 20. The total number of ballots is 70 000, in 310 950 copies.

Three thousand ballots will be distributed to each polling station in the 48th electoral constituency (Slobozia, Tiraspol and Bender). The number of ballots designated for polling stations in the uninominal constituency no. 50, west of the Republic of Moldova, will be estimated based on the information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration and from the CEC. However, their number will not exceed five thousand ballots for each polling station.

All printed ballot papers will be distributed to the uninominal constituency electoral councils, then will be sent to the polling station electoral bureaus.

On October 20, 2019, snap parliamentary elections will be held in four uninominal constituencies - no.17, 33, 48 and 50. Snap elections were triggered after MPs Andrei Nastase, Maia Sandu, Viorel Melnic and Vladimir Plahotniuc renounced their mandates.

The number of ballots for the other two constituencies will be established soon.
