Nistru Chisinau won its first beach soccer Moldovan Cup. In the final, the team coached by the national team manager Ruslan Pernai edged 4-3 past the multiple Cup holder Djoker. The decisive goal was scored in added time by Grigore Cojocari.
Ruslan Pernai used the following lineup: Nicolae Garanovschi, Nicolae Ignat, Grigore Cojocari, Alexandru Arefiev, Andrei Negara, Andrei Florea, Constantin Niță, Dionis Ciopa, Alexandru Eremia, Ilie Lîs and Alexandru Bulmaga.
Because of the pandemic, this year’s Cup pitted together only eight teams participating in the Moldovan beach soccer championship.
