Judge Nicolae Roșca has resigned from the post of chairman of the Constitutional Court. The reasons have not been made public.
The Court is set to elect a replacement tomorrow.
Judge Roșca was appointed to sit on the Constitutional Court in August 2019 and went on to become its chairman in April 2023.
