The Business Class Magazine, which declares itself “the banner of the new Moldovan Bourgeoisie”, was launched officially on Tuesday, September 5, during a press conference. The launch of the Magazine was preceded by an advertisement campaign which included television spots, city-lights, street posters and brand-mowers.
The new Magazine will come out monthly in full-color format, containing 128 pages, and will be dedicated especially to the real sector of the economy of the R. Moldova, Angela Sarbu said, president of the Independent Media press group, which edits the Magazine. Business Class tackles a large spectrum of topics, such as management, marketing, human resources, business psychology, the advertisement market, wine production, agriculture, transport and communication, the cited source added.
Ludmila Andronic, chief-editor of Business Class, said that this represents an attempt to create a professional and commercial Magazine, and as proof, the magazine will be able to provide recipes and brands, because “in the R. Moldova there are good products and companies, but there is a lack of real brand names.”
Business Class appeared in the press booths on September 1 of this year and is distributed on the whole territory of the R. Moldova by 18 press distributors. Until its official launch, half of the total number of magazines had already been sold, with the number of printed copies being 2500.
The price of the magazine has been fixed at 39 lei, although, according to Angela Sarbu, its real cost is approximately 60 lei. She also mentioned the fact that the means invested in the magazine add up to a value of approximately 100 thousand USD.
Business Class is the third title edited by the Independent Media press group, following two other magazines for women and children – Aquarelle and Aquarelle Kids.
