The National Road Transport Agency (ANTA) has a new director. Ina Angheliuc, appointed today by the government, will replace Vasile Chetrusca, whose resignation has been approved, IPN reports.
Ina Angheliuc graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova in 2005 with a degree in International Economic Relations. She has been working at ANTA since 2011 and has served as Deputy Director since 2022.
"Ms. Ina Angheliuc has extensive experience in drafting agreements in the field of international road transport of goods and passengers, as well as in participating in bilateral joint commissions with similar authorities from foreign states," said Vladimir Bolea, Minister of Infrastructure.
"Ms. Angheliuc's task is to bring order and fully digitize this sector," stated Prime Minister Dorin Recean.
