The national women’s football team of Moldova scored a 4-0 victory against Andorra in the first qualifying round of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup, IPN reports.

The score was opened in the 9th minute by Claudia Chiper, who is the top scorer in the history of the national team with six goals. The other goals were scored by Cristina Cerescu, Natalia Munteanu and Nadejda Kolesnichenko. This is the most categorical victory won by the national women’s team so far. Earlier, Moldova beat Luxemburg and Azerbaijan 3-0.

In the other match of Group D, Israel defeated Lithuania 2-0. On April 8, Moldova plays against the host of the mini-tournament, Lithuania.
