The national veterans basketball team of Moldova for the second time became European champion after scoring five victories in Maribor, Slovenia, IPN reports.
Before the final, Moldova beat Serbia, Greece, Italy and Croatia, winning against Germany 56-50 in the final.
Valeriu Plitoc scored the largest number of points for Moldova in the final – 16.
