National Commission of Movable Assets accepted to register 100,000 shares of SA „Centromed”

national Commission of Movable Assets (CNVM) accepted to register 100,000 shares with nominal value 1 leu, authorised to be issued by the joint stock society „Centromed”. This decision was adopted on Tuesday, 28 February at the extraordinary meeting of CNVM. During the same meeting it was registered the report of SA „Centromed” regarding the results of the additional share issuance of 8,000 lei. In the same time, there were registered the result of the issuance of additional shares of SA „Macon” with a nominal value of 5 lei, representing 3,596,000 lei. the social capital of the society 21,867,9 lei, after making that issuance.
