Natalia Morari has announced her intention to run independently in the presidential election of October 20. At a press briefing hosted by IPN, the journalist said that the decision to run was dictated by the deep pain and disappointment that the years go by and the changes for the better are not visible. “I want my son and all our children to be proud of their country. I’m ready to act to give them hope for a dignified future in Moldova,” said Natalia Morari.

The interests of the Moldovan citizens is the priority she highlighted. “The Republic of Moldova needs real, radical changes that will improve our lives here and now,” stressed the journalist.

According to Natalia Morari, in a country dominated by despair, the politicians don’t even hide the fact that they can’t do anything to change things. “I have dedicated my active years to serving you – honestly, devotedly, sincerely. We made mistakes together with you and brought to power those who today destroy our country. I want to correct this mistake. I live here and I don’t have 10 more years to wait, just like all of you,” she added.

Advocating a new approach to problem solving, Natalia Morari said that she will represent a force that will take our country out of the vicious circle of political games and bring real changes.

The journalist noted that she intends to fight for the Republic of Moldova, for the present and future of the citizens. “The time for words has passed and changes are necessary here and now,” insisted Natalia Morari, who announced her decision to run independently for office of President.
