Andrei Năstase rejects the idea of forming an electoral bloc with the PLDM, but urges the “valuable” members of this party to join the PPPDA. The leader of the Party “Dignity and Truth Platform” said he regrets the PAS’ decision to run in elections independently, IPN reports.
Soaking in the talk show “Secrets of the Power” on JurnalTV channel, Andrei Năstase noted that he will not accept an electoral bloc with the PLDM so as not to disperse the votes of the electors of the right.
“We are discussing with all those who share the principles by which we abide. I didn’t take part in discussions as my mates were delegated to attend them, but I clearly explained that if there are valuable people in other parties, they are welcome to join the Dignity and Truth Platform. We are open to what quality means. The PLDM has now some valuable mayors,” stated Andrei Năstase.
He also said the union of all the parties of the right is the most suitable formula for a categorical victory of the pro-European forces in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
“We need to contract the ranks so that all those who have values and principles join us. It is regrettable that we cannot achieve what we all stated in the central square of Chisinau – that we should have a common forint in the fight against corruption and for the European integration,” said Andrei Năstase.
