The municipality intends to rent out various types of spaces and premises located at 21 addresses in Chisinau. The contest to obtain the rental right will be held in a week, IPN reports.
According to the Chisinau City Hall, nonresidential spaces with areas between 4.7 square meters and 355 square meters, without the right to privatization, will be available for rental.
The initial amount of the annual rental for the spaces varies from 500 lei to 250,000 lei, and the rental period is 5-7 years.
The contest is open to individuals and legal entities from the Republic of Moldova and also to foreign investors.
The contest will take place on November 27 at the Centru district head’s office situated at 43 Bulgara St, starting at 10:00 a.m.
