MPs finish their vacations this week

Moldovan MPs will come back on Wednesday, September 13 from their vacations, which started on August 1. According to the practice of 2005, the MPs will work several months in committees, and the first sitting of the autumn-winter session will take place at the beginning of October. At the end of the spring-summer session 2006, the speaker of the Parliament told a news conference that among other priority legislative acts, the Parliament will examine the draft law on political parties’ financing. At the same sitting the MPs will examine in second reading the draft law on decentralization of the local public administration. The autumn-winter session will close at the end of 2006, after what the MPs will have a paid leave.
