Socialist MP Vasile Bolea said he will make approaches to the law enforcement agencies and will ask them to hold MP of the Party of Action and Solidary Sergiu Litvinenco accountable for clammy. There are signals that Litvinenco the past year had regular meetings with constitutional judge Nicolae Roșca in which the two discussed the Constitutional Court’s agenda. Relevant applications will be filed to the Prosecutor’s Office, the Security and Intelligence Service and the Ministry of Home Affairs, IPN reports.

“I will today file a number of applications, firstly to the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Ministry of Home Affairs, by which I will ask to hold citizen Sergiu Litvinenco accountable for evidently false denouncement and calumny against me,” the Socialist MP told a news conference.

In another development, Vasile Bolea said there are signals that Sergiu Litvinenco has regularly met with the ex-lawyer for President Maia Sandu, current CC judge Nicolae Roșca. “They discuss the agenda of the Constitutional Court and possibly other things. They probably discuss different solutions that are to be provided by the Court,” noted the MP.

PAS MPs Sergiu Litvinenco and Virgiliu Pâslariuc filed an application to the Prosecutor General’s Office, asking this to investigate the presupposed acts of usurpation of state power and to hold those to blame accountable. On April 23, the MPs of the Party of Socialists and the For Moldova platform revoked the Parliament’s decision by which Domnica Manole was appointed CC judge and named Boris Lupașco in her place. Given the increased social resonance of the given deeds, the PGO said it will examine this case as a matter of urgency and will provide a legal solution.
