Voting is based on the voter rolls used in the first round of voting.

For the diaspora, 231 polling stations were opened in 37 countries.

Students without residence in the locality where they study can vote at any polling station in that locality after presenting their identity document and student card. They will be registered on the supplementary list.

The mobile ballot box is available to voters who cannot come to the polling station for health reasons. On election day, requests can be made in writing until 02:00 p.m., if a medical certificate is presented.

Polls are open between 07:00 a.m. and 09:00 p.m. The election will be considered valid if at least a fifth of the electors vote in it. After processing all the minutes, the candidate with the most votes will be declared the winner.
