The foreigners, including Moldovans, cannot enter Israel until October 1, but can leave the country through the Ben-Gurion International Airport, IPN reports.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration said the citizens of the Republic of Moldova who intend to enter Israel can get special permission from the consulate of Israel in Kiev if they can prove the purpose of their visit. They should also fill in the form of entry into Israel at least 24 hours before the flight and present confirmation of the completion of this form upon arrival at the Ben-Gurion Airport.

The foreign citizens who arrive in Israel from “red” countries like the Republic of Moldova on landing must fill out a form and then self-isolate for 14 days.

At the airport, during the flight and during the stay in Israel, the travellers must wear a mask (mandatory for children older than six), maintain a social distance of two meters and obey the personal hygiene rules.

When leaving Israel, the Moldovans must fill out the embarking approval form at least 24 hours before the flight and present the boarding pass/ticket and embarking approval on paper or in electronic form when arriving at the Ben-Gurion Airport.
