More than 7,000 students of 275 educational institutions across the country will take the PISA 2025 basic test between March 17 and May 16, IPN reports.
The computer-based exam assesses the skills of 15-16 year old students in reading, mathematics, science and learning in a digital world.
The PISA test is organized every three years by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development and analyzes the skills needed for life and labor market integration, without testing the knowledge based on the school curriculum.
The results of this assessment are used to underpin educational policies.
The Republic of Moldova participates for the fifth time in this international test, along with over 90 countries from all over the world.
