The Moldovan justice worked and continues to work defectively, said Vyacheslav Savchenko, the representative of two persons who were illegally dispossessed of an apartment, after analyzing the way in which four civil lawsuits concerning the given apartment were dealt with.

In a news conference hosted by IPN, Vyacheslav Savchenko said the judges act according to caste principles, which is typical of all regressive societies. The judges mutually justify the committed illegalities.

He noted that the persons he represents based on a power of attorney, Otilia Pintilei and her brother Nicolae Pintilei, were illegally deprived of the right to housing provided in accordance with the law owing to illegalities committed by a number of judges of the national judicial system.

According to Vyacheslav Savchenko, the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office can contribute to cleaning the judicial system even if many of the judges involved in the case he handles honorably retired and now get pensions that are much higher than the pensions of many other citizens.
