A bus with Moldovan tourists was involved in an accident within the radius of Neamț County. The accident resulted in the death of one person and the injury of another. Georgiana Moșu, Neamț County Police Inspectorate spokeswoman, told IPN that the accident took place at around 12:00.
"The coach with Moldovan tourists, driven by a 39-year-old man from Iași, was lawfully driving to Târgu Neamț, when, in the area of Poiana Largului commune, a car driven by a 39-year-old man appeared in front of the bus", said Georgiana Moșu.
According to the IPJ Neamț spokeswoman, the vehicle driver overtook a car column on the oncoming lane and could not avoid the collision with the bus with Moldovan tourists.
"The driver of the car died at the hospital, while another passenger was admitted to the hospital", declared Georgiana Moșu.
