Moldova has won three bronze medals at the international sambo tournament held in Minsk, IPN reports.
The bronzes were won by Denis Takii (+100 kg), Natalia Budeanu (68 kg) and Nicolae Gîscă (90 kg). Nicolae competed in combat sambo.
Another three athletes, Andrei Biuriuc (90 kg), Ana-Maria Ciobanu (56 kg) and Ion Petrov (82 kg), ranked fifth. Moldova was represented by 11 sportspersons.
