Moldova won a silver medal at the men’s masters 4x at the Canoe Sprint World Championships held in Bulgaria’s Plovdiv. Poland won gold, IPN reports.
The team formed of Kiril Vysotskii, Alexandr Bulat, Ivan Corshunov and Alexandr Mashnick covered the distance of 2km in 6:10:52. Moldova outstripped Romania, Mexico and Austria.
The second stage of the Canoe Sprint World Championships will take place in the Polish city of Poznan between June 21 and 23, 2019.
