The national futsal team of Moldova suffered two defeats in the friendly matches against the national squad of Belarus. At the Arena FMF in Ciorescu, Moldova was beaten 0-3 and 2-7, IPN reports.
Moldova scored the two goals towards the end of the second match, through Adrian Lascu and Leonid Podlesnov. Moldova manager Vladimir Vusatyi used the following players: Oleg Chitoroaga, Constantin Burdujel, Andrian Lascu, Cristian Obada, Oleg Hiloti, Nicolae Neagu, Alexandru Tambalist, Sergiu Nicolaiciuc, Andrei Negara, Leonid Podlesnov, Sergiu Munteanu, and Eduard Hoderean.
The friendly matches against the national team of Belarus were a preparatory stage before the European Championship qualifying competition that will take place in Wales between January 23 and February 1, 2017. Moldova will play in Group B alongside Greece, Wales, and San Marino.
