The Republic of Moldova has been authorized to export poultry products do not have to undergo a specific risk-mitigating treatment to the European Union as of January 1, IPN reports.
Economic agents are urged to submit the application for the export of the given category of products to the offices of the National Food Safety Agency.
The institution noted that the poultry products must be made using meat from slaughterhouses listed as authorized to export to the European Union.
The first batches of poultry from the Republic of Moldova to the member states of the European Union were exported in November this year.
