Milsami signs one more valuable player

Milsami Orhei continues to sign new players. The team trained by Iurie Osipenco recently contracted the former striker of Steaua and the national team of Romania Romeo Surdu, IPN reports.

The 30-year-old player signed a two-year contract with Milsami, which also signed internationals Alexandru Antoniuc and Andrei Cojocari and Romanian striker Cristi Bud.

Romeo Surdu started his career at FC Brasov and then played for CFR Cluj, Steaua, Rapid, and Apollon Limassol. The last season he played for FC Brasov. The striker from Brasov also played six games for the national team of Romania. In his career, he has won two trophies – Romania’s Cup with Steaua and Cyprus’s Cup with Apollon. In the 2013 final of Cyprus’s Cup, he managed to score a goal against AEL.

The previous season Milsami Orhei ranked sixth and failed to qualify for the European cups.
