Milsami defeated Zimbru 1-0 away in the last match of the sixth stage of the National Division. The only goal was scored by Sergiu Nazar in the 17th minute, IPN reports.
“It was a difficult match for us. After five matches, tiredness was felt,” said the coach of Milsami Sergey Dubrovin.
“We didn’t deserve to lose. We had occasions for scoring and better controlled the ball,” said the coach of Zimbru Vlad Goian.
After six stages, Sheriff leads with 18 points, being followed by Petrocub and Sfîntul Gheorghe with 16 and, respectively, 15 points. Milsami ranks sixth, while Zimbru comes seventh.
The next stage will be played during July 31 – August 2 according to the following program: Dacia-Buiucani - Speranța, Milsami - Codru, FC Florești - Sheriff, Petrocub - Sfîntul Gheorghe and Dinamo-Auto - Zimbru.
