MeritoGovernment: Who deserves to enter future Cabinet

https://www.ipn.md/index.php/en/meritogovernment-who-deserves-to-enter-future-cabinet-7978_1016875.html

On November 30, Moldova chooses its Parliament, which, for its part, will form a Government that is to manage the country and to implement reforms. But what if we begin from the other end and select the members of the Cabinet first, based on merits? IPN asked several prestigious organizations to become involved in this meritocratic exercise and to propose candidates, but to also assess the performance of the members of the current Cabinet.
