Marian Lupu: Tomorrow we will discuss what parliamentary majority we will have

Marian Lupu accuses Vlad Filat of destroying the Alliance for European Integration by groundless and illogical accusations against the partners from the ruling alliance. In a press briefing in the evening of February 13, Marian Lupu said that the February 14 meeting of the Standing Bureau will discuss what kind of parliamentary majority there will be. He added that in the created situation, the parliamentary session will start one week later, Info-Prim Neo reports. The leader of the PDM said the real reason for which Vlad Filat left the ruling alliance is the fact that Moldova will not sign the Association Agreement and the Free Trade Agreement at the Summit in Vilnius. “Vlad Filat can no longer fool the partners and experts. He should be sincere at least with the people. Filat understood that his main promises are empty,” said Marian Lupu. “The situation is disastrous in all the areas: agriculture, education, healthcare. These areas were managed by the PLDM,” said the Democratic leader. According to him, in essence the PLDM took a step towards satisfying the interest of the PCRM to have early elections, this being a part of the secret agreement between Filat and Voronin. The Democratic leader said that if the agreement on the AEI is proposed to be renegotiated, the talks will start from the very beginning.
