March staged on Romanian Principates’ Union Day

A column of vehicles traveled today through all the districts of Chisinau with the tricolor waiving in the wind. It was a march dedicated to the Romanian Principates’ Union Day. It was staged by the National Liberal Party, Info-Prim Neo reports. The party’s deputy head Anatol Revenko said their intention was to show that the day when it is 153 years of the Great Union is an important day for the Romanian people. “We wanted to show to the Moldovan people who we are and where we want to go,” said the politician. The people had different reactions. Some of them welcomed the event, while others did not approve of it. “The people should understand that our road goes to Europe,” stressed Anatol Revenko.
