The head of "Law and Justice" association Marcel Darie asks President Maia Sandu to declare a state of emergency in the justice sector. According to him, effort is being made in the Republic of Moldova to thwart the European course, to rig the election and steal citizens' votes. The agents of the Russian Federation are working hard, with millions of dollars.

In a news conference hosted by IPN, Marcel Darie said that there are networks in Moldova that corrupt the electoral process by buying votes and electoral officials. He also accused the representatives of the Prosecutor's Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, judges, people from the anti-corruption system of committing illegalities. According to him, they sabotage the European path of the Republic of Moldova and rig the elections.

"Mrs. Maia Sandu, do you understand that in the runoff presidential election you will contend with a candidate who reached the runoff by buying votes? He is a candidate who serves not only the mafia. He is a candidate who is financed, supported by the intelligence services of the Russian Federation?", noted the head of "Law and Justice".

Marcel Darie said that all electoral misdeeds were covered up, for money, by people from the prosecutor's office, the police, the SIS, the NAC, etc. "Mrs. Sandu, a state of emergency in the justice sector must be urgently declared. Action should be urgently taken with regard to those devoted officers from the SIS who can today intervene and put an end to the fraud." "Now you have the opportunity to prove that you are everyone's President. We want concrete, tough actions," stated Marcel Darie.
