A two-story garage located in Chisinau caught fire. Firefighters found the body of a 75-year-old man in the fire-damaged garage, IPN reports.
According to the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, the fire happened on the territory of Garage Construction Cooperative No. 126 situated on Ialoveni St. Three firefighting teams travelled to the scene to put out the fire.
The fire was fully extinguished in about 30 minutes. The body of a man aged 75 was found during the intervention. The fire destroyed the objects in a room of the garage.
The 52 fires that happened in Moldova so far this year resulted in three deaths.
