A man aged 59 was killed with special brutality in Riscani district of Chisinau on November 6. In order to mislead the police, the suspects cut a man’s arm and left it in a park in Botanica district, IPN reports.
In a news conference on December 5, Riscani Prosecutor Igor Popa said the suspects are three men aged between 30 and 50. They were picnicking when the victim, who was a homeless person, approached them. The men drank alcoholic beverages together, but the bout ended in a quarrel. As a result, the homeless man was stabbed 15 times with a knife.
In order to delude the police, the suspects cut a victim’s arm and left it on a bench in the Park “Valea Trandafirilor” in Botanica district. The suspects are under arrest. They say they are not guilty and make contradictory statements. The three face life imprisonment for aggravated murder.
