To help Ukrainian refugees in the country:

- maib's Supervisory Board and CEO have decided to donate their full salaries for February, alongside a substantial donation from all the members of the management board.

- maib will donate a fixed amount per each transaction made on maib debit or credit cards via POS terminal and E-commerce payment. Cardholders wishing to support this initiative can use their cards for payment more often thus maximising the amount donated to refugee support fund. Such transactions are commission free for the card holders. The total amount of donation is estimated to be around MDL 10 million in 2022.

- starting from today, maib customers can donate using maibank app.

We want to offer this support as soon as possible. The first donations will be done based on transactions made in February.

The details covering the types of transactions, qualifying POS and E-commerce and amount donated per transaction will be communicated to the public shortly.
