The Central Election Commission (CEC) showed its full complicity in legalizing the electoral fraud, strengthening thus the anti-citizen regime, said the leader of the Party “Action and Solidarity” (PAS) Maia Sandu, who lost the presidential runoff to Igor Dodon. In a post on a social networking site, the politician says the CEC cynically ignored tens of thousands of people who were unable to vote owing to the obstacles placed by the authorities, IPN reports.

“The complaints submitted by us and by thousands of Moldovans from the diaspora to the CEC were again neglected, as in the case of the complaints about the funding of the Party of Socialists from Bahamas and the illegal financing of the Democratic Party,” wrote Maia Sandu.

The politician said the PAS will challenge all the violations of the Constitution and the Election Code in ordinary courts of law and in the Constitutional Court.

On November 18, the Central Election Commission announced officially the results of the presidential runoff, declaring Socialist candidate Igor Dodon the winner.
