The tensed relations between the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) and the Party “Dignity and Truth Platform” (PPPDA) are due to the constant criticism that comes from one of the components of the ACUM Bloc, PAS leader Maia Sandu stated in the talk show “Fourth Power” on N4 channel.

“The ACUM Bloc is destroyed by those who attack a component or another of the ACUM Bloc. A bloc means a partnership between two or more forces and, when a force constantly criticizes the other force, this partnership is no longer real or it is very hard to maintain it,” IPN quoted Maia Sandu as saying

The politician noted that no one sat at a table to work out a plan to destroy the ACUM Bloc. The dissentions between the two parties that form the ACUM Bloc appeared due to differing opinions. Even so, peace should be kept.

“Trust is built with difficulty and, even if we have the same objectives, there are anyway differences. There are people who formed a party and there are people who formed another party. One of these parties always thinks that it is better than the other. Partnerships are based on trust and trust is built in time. Regrettably, trust can fade away very swiftly and it’s a pity that the supporters of the PPPDA and PAS now have to discuss in such a way. I make again a call for peace, even when the opinions are differing,” stated Maia Sandu.

She reminded that the PAS and PPPDA pursue the same goals. “Our objectives are to bring things in the country in order and to start to live normally, we and all those who are around us,” said the politician.
