The regulations concerning the subsidization of jobs will be modified. New types of works for which the employer can get subsidies for creating jobs will be introduced, IPN reports, quoting a decision approved by the Government.
This way, subsidies will be also provided for the employment of persons to work in special conditions, when the job is resumed part-time until the childcare leave up to the child’s age of three expires, in the case of paid annual leave, study leave, additional paid leave, etc. The changes to the regulations also refer to persons who hadn’t had earnings during at least 12 consecutive months prior to the employment month.
Subsidies can also be offered to private individuals and legal entities that perform entrepreneurial activities, to noncommercial organizations and persons who carry out professional activities and are residents of the Republic of Moldova.
The subsidization costs are covered within the allocations earmarked annually by the state budget, while the size of subsidy is set depending on the category of employee.
