The next sitting of Parliament will take place on Tuesday, October 22, not on Thursday, as usual. On Thursday, Prime Minister Iurie Leanca will not be in the country. Thus it was decided that the second censure motion against the Government, tabled by the Communists, will be examined next Tuesday, IPN reports.

The decision was taken in the October 18 meeting of the Parliament’s Standing Bureau.

This time the Communist lawmakers put forward a censure motion on the Transnistrian issue and the migration points set up along the Nistru River.

The first censure motion was debated on October 17. The Communist MPs accused the Leanca Government of corruption and dispossession of the state of important facilities. The motion didn’t gather the necessary number of votes.

In a program on Moldova 1 channel, the Premier announced that next week he goes to Strasbourg to meet with the administration of the European Parliament. They will discuss the liberalization of the visa regime for Moldovans.
