October 28 is the last day when the electoral authority accepts submissions for accreditation of observers and requests for authorization of exit polls.
To date, the CEC has accredited observers from five national civil society organizations and 30 international organizations, including diplomatic missions. No requests for authorization of exit polls have been submitted so far.
According to the CEC, on election day, November 5, until 9:00 PM, it is forbidden to publish the results of any opinion polls covering the elections. After 9:00 PM, only the results of exit-polls, after-polls, as well as the results of opinion polls that were presented to the public before election day, can be circulated.
