Constituency No. 4: Râșcani, Drochia, Dondușeni includes Râșcani town and another 18 localities of the district, nine localities of Drochia district and three localities of Dondușeni district. The people there will vote at polling places No. 4/1-4/54. The candidate who wins the largest number of votes in a single-member constituency, regardless of the voter turnout, emerges victorious.
The list of contestants on the ballot is headed by the Democratic Party’s candidate Iurie Urzică, veterianiarin by profession, who heads Râșcani district. Together with his wife, the candidate, for January 1, 2017 – December 26, 2018, declared almost 490,000 lei in salary. The family also gained over 26,000 lei revenues from other sources. The candidate owns three prices of land, three houses and two cars.
The Party of Socialists’ candidate Vladimir Mizdrenc is under No. 2. An economist by profession, he works at the Râșcani District Council and heads the Râșcani local organization of the Party of Socialists. For January 1, 2017 – December 29, 2018, the candidate declared over 19,000 lei salary and over 46,000 lei revenues from other legal sources. He owns several pieces of farmland.
Accountant Andrei Cocieru comes third on the ballot and represents the Shor Party. During January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2018, the family’s candidate gained almost 74,000 lei in salary and over 9,000 lei in premiums and allowances. The candidate also declared an apartment and a car.
