Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban said that employees of the City Hall, instead of dealing with city’s problems, daily provide explanations, go to all kinds of inspectors from various institutions to present information. According to him, it goes to political orders coming from the government, IPN reports.
“We have systematized and analyzed all the information, through all the subdivisions where lately, and even today, we have been harassed with dozens of inspections, controls, subpoenas and started cases. Employees are intimidated, made to write depositions. They are approached privately and are told that they will end up badly,” said the mayor.
According to Ion Ceban, dozens of such processes involve representatives of the administration of the City Hall, as well as heads of subdivisions. “All the inspections and requests for information come from PAS MPs and PAS advisers and all kinds of PAS exponents in PAS law enforcement agencies,” he stated.
“According to our information, shows against the Chisinau City Hall’s team were planned to be staged the coming days. I know that there are appropriate people who remained in the state system and I understand all these games,” said the mayor of Chisinau.
