On August 27, it will be 17 years of the proclamation of Moldova’s independent. On this occasion, Info-Prim Neo News Agency continues a series of materials presenting certain views on what is called in specialty speech as “the state of the nation” at a certain period in history.
We thought it right to use this occasion to let as many as possible people say their opinions, people with as many as possible beliefs and viewpoints concerning the wishes of the year 1991, seeming so far and so close, at the same time, and what has been achieved so far.
The coming days, a concourse of people will visit Info-Prim Neo, maybe tens of personalities with important roles in the events having occurred all these years in Moldova, regardless of how they were, are and will be treated by people and History. We had the ambition to invite all the presidents and prime-ministers who have led this country for 17 years. We have approached former and present politicians belonging to different schools, opinion leaders, artists and ordinary people.
It seems we had a single interest for all of them: how can they look at the Independence as if in a mirror. Because, in our opinion, the attempt to assess the state of affairs in the country on an occasion as the Independence anniversary is much similar to consider one's own face in a mirror. Other things are seen, the whole reality is seen as it is.
So far, the Agency has been visited by: the first Head of Parliament of the Independent Moldova Alexandru Mosanu, former Prime Minister Ion Ciubuc, we remembered about Ion and Doina Aldea-Teodorovici, and about Gheorghe Ghimpu (see http://www.info-prim.md/?a=10&nD=2008/08/22 ). We then offered the Info-Prim Neo’s rostrum to the former Deputy Speaker of Parliament, writer Ion Hadarca, former Prime Minister Vasile Tarlev, the founder of “Alexei Mateevici” Cenacle Anatol Salaru and the founding member of the Social-Democratic Movement Viorel Ciubotaru (see http://www.info-prim.md/?a=10&nD=2008/08/23 ).
Info-Prim Neo's guests today are the first President of Moldova Mircea Snegru, the former Prime Ministers Mircea Druc and Dumirtu Braghis, polytologist Serghei Nazaria, former MP Ilya Trombitsky, writer Nicolae Dabija.
