In the end of the week Moldova’s Stock Exchage turnover constitutes MDL 659 thousand

In the end of this week, the turnover of the Stock Exchange of Moldova constituted MDL 659.5 thousand, with a total figure of 18 transactions. As a result of the demand and offer the price of the securities of the Spare parts enterprise “Gliceria” JSC from Cimislia was formed – MDL 5.50 per share, through 14 transactions 6.7% of the total volume of the issuance was performed (nominal value – MDL 15). The transactions with the securities of the Roadway repairs enterprise “Drum 96” from Chisinau – constituted MDL 1100 per share through 2 transactions 0.9% of the volume of the issuance was performed (nominal value - MDL 100). As a result of the auction from November 2 2006 (initiated by the investment funds in the process of liquidation) the shares of the Agricultural enterprise “Agroservice” JSC from Soroca were transacted. The value of one share constituted MDL 1.11, compared with the nominal value of – MDL 5. The shares of the fishery enterprise “Caracuda-Hincesti” JSC was transacted at the price of MDL 6.30 per share, compared with the nominal value of MDL 10. The shares of the Sugar Factory “Cupcini – Cristal” from Edinet were transacted cheaper compared with the nominal value of MDL 10 – MDL 3.8 per share.
