President Igor Dodon on Wednesday evening posted a brief video saying he is at a health spa not far from Moscow, in an effort to dismiss rumors that he has been vacationing at a mountain or sea resort after disappearing from the public eye recently.
“Every day I walk 10-15 kilometers through the woods. I am at this sanitarium. I know that many have been looking for me at some sea or mountain resort. But no, I’m here in the Russian Federation. However, I’m in contact with my colleagues in the Government and Parliament on a daily basis. We discuss current problems and look for solutions,” said the Moldovan president, appearing in good health.
Igor Dodon concluded his video by promising another instalment of the “President Q&A” weekly vlog which traditionally airs on Fridays.
