Humanist Party willing to cooperate with democratic parties

The Humanist Party of Moldova (PUM) is willing to cooperate with all the democratic parties, remaining devoted to the democratic spirit. The party says it will not support any extremist manifestations, a statement of the party’s National Council says.
On the political spectrum of Moldova, the Humanist Party considers itself a democrat party, grounding on the Christian-humanist doctrine. The Party says it will not support the communism, extremism, fascism, racism, nationalism, totalitarian regimes etc, the statement says.
In the local general elections held on June 3 and June 17, 2007, PUM obtained two mandates in the Chisinau Municipal Council, five mandates in the district and municipal councils, 40 mandates in the town and village councils, as well as a mayor’s mandate.
