Students who are eligible to vote, but do not have registration at home or temporary residence in the locality where they study, can vote at any polling station opened in the locality in the November 3 runoff presidential election, IPN reports.
According to the Central Election Commission, the young people will present to the members of the electoral offices of polling stations the identity card and the student card of the educational institution of the respective locality. These voters will be registered in the supplementary electoral list.
