Housing stock preparations for cold season done at 30%

Preparations of the housing stock for the next cold season in Chisinau is underway. Petru Gontea, the head of the municipal division for public amenities, told the City Hall's meeting on Monday that the rate of works to clean and replace pipes and other installations reached 30%, Info-Prim Neo reports. Petru Gontea said the planned time frame is respected. The roofing works have been done at a rate of 38% and will be finalized by the time the cold season starts. Prophylactic works are done in every apartment buildings, and pipes are cleared only in the buildings where problems exist.
