Hosts announced for first leg of Moldova Cup semi-finals

Sheriff Tiraspol and Dacia Chisinau will play hosts to Iskra Stal Rybnitsa and Olimpia Balti, respectively, in the first leg of the Moldova Cup semi-finals, as decided at a drawing of lots on Thursday, Info-Prim Neo reports. It is the first time Iskra-Stal have reached the semi-finals, while Olimpia are at their third attempt to qualify for the final, after two unsuccessful bids in the seasons 1996/1997 and 1998/1999. Dacia reached the final last year, along with Sheriff Tiraspol, which won their sixth Cup.
